Before you use BillLookout
A price change is not proof of a billing error. Confirm agreed prices and review the source documents before contacting a supplier. A promised credit is not a confirmed credit or a cash refund.
The free check includes 2–5 invoices from one supplier and a report. Ongoing monitoring is $49 per month per location, with up to 100 invoices per billing month. Supplier messages require your permission.
BillLookout is in pre-release. The final service agreement, company details, and cancellation and refund policy will be available before the service opens to customers.
